What is the Summer Reading Program?
Keep learning going all summer long with an engaging program at Morley Library. This FREE program encourages kids, teens, and adults to read 20 minutes a day and complete activities to keep learning fun throughout the summer.
All reading counts! Whether they have a big person read to them, listen to audiobooks, read graphic novels, comic books, blog posts, magazines, it all adds up.
Activities matter! Activities count towards completing the challenge. The more badges you complete, the more digital tickets you earn!
How to Get Started
There are three ways to register:
· Online at https://morleylibrary.beanstack.org/reader365
· Download the Beanstack App on your mobile device
· In person at the reference desks on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
If you have participated in past Beanstack challenges, login with your username and password. Visit the library service desk for help to reset your password.
Reading Challenges are divided into age groups
Babies and Toddlers 0-3; Preschool and Elementary 4-12; Teen 13-17, Adult 18+.
How to participate
Read/listen to ANY books for at least 20 minutes each day from June 8th - July 27th.
Log your reading every day online or through the Beanstack App.
Preschoolers and Elementary participants earn digital tickets for drawings of their choice.
Babies and Toddlers earn digital tickets for drawings of their choice of baby and toddler appropriate prizes.
Adults and Teens can track their reading then choose which prizes they want to be entered for.
Complete and log all reading and activities before JULY 27th at 11:59 p.m. If you use the paper tracker it MUST be turned in by 5:00 p.m. on July 27th.
