Join us as we kick-off our Summer Reading Program, Build a Better World, with Family Fun Night!

We'll have board games and playing cards in the Classroom. The PS4 will be set up for teens to enjoy in Meeting Room A.

You may also select and plant seeds for our indoor community garden. Help tend the garden in our newly designated "Grow-tunda" located on the 3rd floor. (Seedlings may be taken home after the summer reading program ends on July 21.) For more information, check out our Adult Summer Reading Program webpage.

Longert is here to discuss his book No Money, No Beer, No Pennant: the Cleveland Indians and Baseball in the Great Depression.  This is the story of the Cleveland Indians' - "the best team in baseball during the 1920's" - relentless quest for a pennant during the 1930's.  Longert is a freelance writer whose articles about baseball history have been published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer Sunday Magazine.
