Deputy Fiscal Officer 

Morley Library is seeking a Deputy Fiscal Officer to provide administrative support, primarily in the financial area. If you enjoy handling a variety of tasks as part of a small administrative team and have a background in accounting, we would love to hear from you! This part time (approximately 24 hours/week) position’s main responsibilities will involve accounts payable, payroll, and cash handling functions with guidance from the library’s Fiscal Officer. The position also provides clerical support as needed to the Library Director and the Fiscal Officer. The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field and/or equivalent work experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and be able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality. Children’s Services Outreach Assistant 

Morley Library is seeking a Children’s Services Outreach Assistant to provide library services at daycares, schools, and community events. If you have a passion for children and children’s literature and a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and evolving organization, we would love to hear from you! The successful candidate should be able to work independently and in cooperation with colleagues to provide children and their caregivers a first-rate service experience. This position is part-time (20-25 hours/week) and primarily daytime hours, although evenings and/or weekend hours may occasionally be required. Circulation Services Assistant I 

Morley Library is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Circulation Services Assistant I. If you enjoy working with the public and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you! Spanish language skills are a plus. This is a part time position (approximately 15-20 hours/week) and will include day, evening, and some weekend hours. Please note that schedules may be subject to change to accommodate public service needs.
